Rachel Lemonik, Psy.D.

Dr. Lemonik is a licensed clinical psychologist who practices in Pleasantville, NY. Her treatment approach is practical, solution-focused, and strength based. She draws on a broad range of techniques to customize therapy to the individual. These approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), supportive psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness training, play and art therapy, and behavior management techniques. She takes an active role in guiding treatment and believes that the foundation of therapy is finding someone you can open up to and feel supported by.
